• To monitor reliability, investigate abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.

Data storage and security

• Data is stored in AWS US regions, including us-east-1 and us-west-2.
• Customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel with operational need.
• Security controls are reviewed regularly as part of our production operations.

Data sharing

We do not sell customer data. We may share data only with AWS as our infrastructure provider, with tightly scoped service providers, or when legally required.

Your rights

• Access and export your data through the product or by support request.
• Request deletion after contract termination, subject to retention requirements.
• Opt out of non-essential marketing communications.

Retention

• Active subscriptions retain data according to the contracted service tier.
• Cancelled subscriptions follow the retention and deletion timing defined in the service terms.
• Operational logs are retained for security, auditing, and incident response needs.
