End user license agreement

Effective date: February 22, 2026 Governs AWS Marketplace subscriptions

1. Acceptance of terms

By subscribing to Storage Protect for Cloud through AWS Marketplace, you agree to this agreement and to the applicable AWS Marketplace terms.

2. Service description

  • Automated backup and recovery operations for supported workloads.
  • Immutable retention controls and cross-region resilience options.
  • Operational onboarding and support tied to your subscribed service tier.

3. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Starlight Retail grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations during the subscription term.

4. Subscription and payment

4.1 Subscription term

Your subscription begins after successful fulfillment and registration through AWS Marketplace and continues according to the contract selected in AWS Marketplace.

4.2 Fees

Fees are charged through AWS Marketplace. Refunds are governed by the applicable Marketplace and contract terms.

5. Customer responsibilities

  • Maintain appropriate security over your AWS accounts and internal systems.
  • Ensure your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate registration and administrator information.

6. Data handling and security

  • Customer data remains your property.
  • Starlight Retail uses production security controls appropriate for the service.
  • Retention, deletion, and operational handling follow the contracted service posture.

7. Support and service expectations

Support response and operational commitments depend on the subscribed edition. Current buyers can request assistance at support@starlightretailinc.com.

8. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to the limitations, disclaimers, and liability caps stated in the controlling commercial agreement and AWS Marketplace terms.

9. Termination

Termination, cancellation, and post-termination retention follow the contract selected in AWS Marketplace and the documented Starlight Retail service retention posture.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
